What I Love Wednesday

This has been one busy Wednesday. Some things that I have loved about it:

A breakfast burrito so stuffed with veggies I can’t roll it up properly. Also that a breakfast burrito can be just as delicious served for lunch/dinner. I had to make up my international business test today so I was in classes nonstop until 3:30 and by the time I was done I was starving. Its such a great combo of veggies  and it tasted even better after acing my test. Such a relief.

My sister is expecting her second baby and everyone is anxiously awaiting the gender reveal. I already know that I’m going to be the godmamma and I cannot wait to find out whether to get the baby a little Mickey onesie or a little Minnie onesie. 🙂

My J.Crew wintress puffer came in the mail today! J.Crew was so sweet and despite being sold out online shipped me one from Minnesota. It is so pretty and so cute and so warm. It also has thumb holes! I’m in love! I have needed a new coat for a long time now.

In my Christmas stocking from Josh’s parents I received tons of sweet treats and goodies. Its taken me a while to make my way through them all, there’s been so many yummy treats to try! Last night I finally got around to trying these. I’m not a huge fan of molasses and that is one of the first ingredients in the cookies so I wasn’t expecting them to be my favorite. I was so happy to be proved wrong. They are absolutely delicious! The molasses is used more to sweeten the cookie than for the molasses flavor. 10 cookies have 110 calories and 7 grams of sugar. Not bad for some seriously delicious cookies!

If you missed Glee last night all I can say is woah. Such a crazy, emotional, sad, uplifting episode. I’ve been loving this Kelly Clarkson song since I first heard it on the radio and I love it even more now after hearing the Glee version and the context in which it was sang. So touching.

And now its time to do some homework and get my pilates on before bed!
