I found this Positivity Project post on Karly’s blog last month and loved how it focused on positive self-image and worth. It’s easy for even the most positive people to let the critical voices drown out the supportive voices in our heads.
1. Tell me something that you love about yourself.
2. Tell me what you want to work on.
I’m constantly working on being a better version of myself. I think what I really want to work on is just being me, in the present, and enjoying it. I’ve always been a goal-oriented, future-thinker. It’s always about tomorrow and lately I’m really working on making it about today. I’m blogging a little less, putting my phone down a little more, and just working on soaking up the moment that I’m actually in.
3. Give someone a compliment, and mean it.
My friends. I have the most beautiful, smart, strong, talented friends. They encourage me and inspire me. They make me laugh, let me vent, put up with my ridiculousness, and are always there for me when I need them. I am so lucky to have such incredible women in my life. (I’m not sure why none of my close friends are guys! haha)

You are sooo right – life is GREAT!!! I am proud of my work as a Beachbody coach and how far I’ve come with my blog in 2 years – it is just ‘fun’ but now it is something I look forward to every day!

This is wonderful – what a cool post! I hope when you look in the mirror you start to see what the rest of us see – a beautiful, confident woman!

This is such a great idea. I’m saving this and would like to try it sometime. And, not to be weird or anything, but I actually noticed your eyebrows the first time I stumbled upon your blog. I never like to spend the money to get mine waxed all the time and I get lazy with plucking… I want to do it once and week but that doesn’t turn out very well… so I’m always jealous of people who have good eyebrows.

I love this post! It’s always nice to sit back and enjoy the life you are living, which is something I try to do every day, even though, sometimes, it can be difficult. Thanks for always spreading positivity! 🙂

Aww, this post is great!! Thanks for the shoutout 😉 Also, the part about trying to live more for today really resonates with me. I definitely am very FUTURE oriented, and often forget to just enjoy the present. We need to hold one another accountable for that!

I love all these positivity posts I see popping up on the blogosphere.
It’s wonderful to see so many women sharing their favorite things about themselves and what they are so proud of.
