As I’ve mentioned on here before, last week was the start of my new job. I am absolutely loving it. The people are great, the work is rewarding, and the environment is so fun.
One thing I wish I could add to my office is a stand-up desk. Sitting at a chair all day can be straining to your back, and definitely does no favors to your physique. I’ve made an effort to get up and walk around the office often. I’ve also added a fun gadget to my work chair that I want to talk to you about today. (Disclaimer: This is not a sponsored post, but I did receive free product to review.)
Meet the Kneading Back Massage Cushion from Relax the Back. It’s a heated back massager that attaches to traditional chairs as well as car seats. It’s basically amazing and has turned my back into happy jello at work.
Here’s my cubicle at work. I don’t have any decorations up yet but I’m excited to personalize it and make it feel like mine.
A close-up of the massage attachment. I love this thing! It has already been making the rounds at work and everyone is loving it. The massage program is 20 minutes and involves heat and multi-directional massaging.

That looks amazing and something I would definitely enjoy on my desk chair. You should linkup with my Tried it Tuesday post tomorrow. This would be perfect for it!

Ohhh I would love this! I absolutely hate sitting in a desk all day, but that might make it a little better : )

You are teasing me with that awesome looking contraption — can I just put the velcro the other way around my waist and wear it everywhere I go?

Great review, babe!
I find I need to get up and stretch every few hours when I’m at the office- you really stiffen up sitting in those chairs all day!

Wow! That is something I should get for my job! Sitting all day may sound great, but it does wear on you.
