Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Deals

This Sunday is the last day of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Once it ends, all items on sale will return to full price. I remember shopping this sale back in junior high and high school to stock up on back to school clothes. While I’m no longer needing clothes for school, I still shop the sale to stock up on fall favorites.

I bought some really cute stuff this year that I absolutely love. I don’t know how I lucked out, but everything was a keeper. I thought I’d share my purchases with you and talk sizing/fit in case you’re still looking for some fun fall clothes to add to your own closet.

Just a warning, clothes are right out of the box and have not been ironed yet. Also, these photos were taken in my bedroom mirror. We just had it cleaned so I assumed I didn’t need to wipe it down. I should have looked a little harder before snapping photos because there’s definitely dust in some of these photos. Hopefully you can look past it to the good deals. 😉

I got my boots! This almost didn’t happen they were selling out so quickly. I literally got one of the last pairs. While that is not helpful to you guys, I did learn some things about Tory Burch boot sizing to share as a result. Tory Burch cuts super narrow in the calf. These are the wide calf version of the boot and when I first tried them on I could not get them to zipper up all the way. I had to take them to a cobbler to be stretched. Thankfully, they now fit. I have wanted a pair of black equestrian boots for forever and plan to wear these for years and years to come. If you just have to have a pair of Tory Burch boots, I linked to a similar, full-price pair.

Losing weight, I feel like I’m in a state of flux with clothes. This is probably why I’ve been buying so many shoes lately. 😉 I’m trying to be mindful to order clothes that will not just look good now, but look good in a month or two when I’ve lost more weight. (I’m losing between 1-2 pounds a week.) These jeans are a size 30 and while they fit, I think they’ll look even better when I’m down a few more pounds.

I always need more work clothes and bought this outfit with work in mind. While the wedges are not from the sale, I found an incredibly similar pair on sale that are super cute. Nude wedges are an office staple for me.

This skirt is a size 10. While it fits in the waist, I will like how it looks in the belly area when there’s a little less of a tummy pouch. This has always been a trouble area for me. The skirt itself is made of a heavier fabric, lined, and good quality. I see myself getting a lot of use out of this purchase.

I am absolutely in love with this shirt! It’s a size medium, and comes in a variety of colors. I plan on wearing this both tucked into skirts and over jeans with riding boots this fall!

I almost didn’t buy this top  but I am so glad I did because it’s one of my favorite things from my whole shopping trip. I’m wearing a size medium. I can’t get over how well it fits, how nice it feels, and how much it will go with in my closet.

I’ve wanted a pair of cropped jeans for a while so I decided to pick up a pair during the sale. These are a size 30 and another pair that while they fit now, will look a lot better when I’m a little smaller.

This necklace is by Panacea, the same brand who made the earrings I bought. I love both pieces and think the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale introduced me to one of my new favorite costume jewelry brands!

These booties are going to get a lot of wear this fall. At $79, you just can’t beat the price. They come in five different colors and it was so hard for me to pick just one.
