Happy October everyone! Man this year is flying! Josh and I are headed on a press trip for the weekend to Iowa! Make sure to check out my Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat (erin.fairchild) to follow along on my adventures. I may or may not be riding a combine this weekend. 😉
Here’s what else I’m loving this Friday:
1. A new month means a new hot list! Check it out to see the clothing and accessories I’m obsessed with right now.
2. Speaking of accessories, how gorgeous is this ring? Jeulia sent it to me and I absolutely love it. It’s such a dainty and unique piece. It brings a smile to my face every time I see it on my finger.
3. This past week I was invited along with some fellow Omaha bloggers to check out Real Eats. Real Eats creates delicious, portion-controlled, pre-packaged meals to-go in Omaha. Simply pop one in the microwave at mealtime and you’ve got a restaurant-quality meal in minutes! We got to meet the owner and try some of the meals for ourselves. I not only fell in love with the concept of the business but the food! Ohmygoodness you guys, it’s delicious, it’s healthy, and it’s quick and convenient. I absolutely love this place. My favorite dish is the Lose Your Noodle Lasagna. It’s only 340 calories and is absolutely fabulous!
4. If you’re looking for a little extra inspiration in your day I highly recommend checking out this Elizabeth Gilbert interview. She talks about her new book Big Magic and how she learned to embrace the daily fear and doubts we all experience and use it to fuel her creative process. I’m buying this book immediately.
5. Because cats and pie are two of my favorite things. 😀

I’m definitely a fan of cake, but pie has fall written all over it. I’ve been wanting to bake an apple pie for weeks. Maybe I’ll be able to squeeze that in this weekend! I’m still not sure what my plans are, but I know I have to be out of the house since we’re having an open house and a showing this weekend! Happy Friday!
