Hey everyone! Happy Friday! I feel like the weeks fly so fast. It must be because I’m having fun! I hope you have a fun weekend planned. Josh and I have a bowling event with my work tonight and then we’re heading to Lincoln for the weekend. I got him a stay at a bed and breakfast there for his birthday last November. I’m so excited! Here’s what else I’m loving this week:
1. My job! This one sounds kind of lame but I love my day job. It can be stressful and I have less free time than I used to but I’m working on projects that interest me and doing work I love. I’m also constantly being challenged which is how I learn and grow. I really can’t ask for anything more. I’m hoping to find a better balance between working and blogging as I start to get into a routine. I really appreciate you guys sticking with me as I navigate this big change in my life. I know my rhythm has been off here lately and I’m hoping to get my groove back.
2. Josh and I went to Patriarch Distillers last night for a distillery tour. Josh has dragged me on a lot of spirit tours and this was the first one I really enjoyed. I learned a lot about bourbon and vodka and got to try some amazing drinks. It was such a fun date night.
3. This cover is pure perfection. I have no words. And yes, I’m still obsessed with 50 Shades of Grey and counting down the days until the movie release.
4. I think I have a girl crush on Anna Kendrick. She’s funny, she’s beautiful, and she’s got impeccable style. I love her look from the Golden Globes.
5. Josh and I are loving the ABC mini-series Galavant. It’s so funny! I wish it was a full series but am enjoying watching it while it’s on nonetheless. If you’re looking for a new show you have to check this one out. It reminds me of Princess Bride!

I’m loving Galavant too!!! So hilarious!! I also love how they manage to break into song and dance constantly! It’s like combining my love of all things – musicals, comedy, fairytales, and renaissance period!
I’ve wanted to check out Galavant–hopefully it is on Hulu–that is where we do all our tv watching! Although we currently are keeping up with too many shows!

I havent heard of Galavant, but I will be checking that one out.
As for bourbon – not a fan. My best friend took me to a beer, bourbon, and bbq event just before i moved to Australia… I hung out around the bbq. 🙂
