Hey everyone! Happy Friday! I hope you have fun weekend plans to look forward to. I’ve got a low key weekend planned so I can rest my tailbone after injuring it ice skating. I’m so annoyed at myself for doing that but am hoping lots of sleep and rest will heal me quicker. Here’s what I’m loving this Friday:
1. Molly’s cookies! Omg these are the best cookies in the entire world. Molly made them for our Hanukkah party and I am embarrassed to tell you how many I ate. She made them again for NYE and I was able to enjoy a bunch without guilt because I designated the night a splurge night. I didn’t take any home so I could get back on track the next day.
2. Josh got me a spiralizer in my Christmas stocking and I like it as much as my actual gifts! haha We’ve been making lots of veggie noodles for dinner and I love how good they taste and how good they are for you. Here’s hoping I’ll start to see some changes in my size as a result of consistent clean eats!
3. This Taylor Swift mashup is amazing. I’ve been listening to it on repeat since I first heard it. I can’t believe I still need to buy her album! I’m adding that to my weekend shopping list.
4. This butt pillow has been my savior lately. I went to the Doctor on Monday after waking up to blurry vision after my ice skating fall last Saturday. My Doctor thinks I sprained or broke my tailbone and the impact caused swelling behind my eyes, leading to temporary blurry vision. Freaky! Thankfully my vision is fine now. Unfortunately there’s not much they can do for my tailbone except give it time to heal, and sit on a cushioned pillow to minimize the pain. This pillow (and metal chair I found at the office) make sitting a little more bearable during the day. Let’s hope I heal fast!
5. Another clean eat I’m loving lately is Zevia Sparkling Cider. Josh picked it up to surprise me when he saw it was on sale at Whole Foods. It’s tasty, refreshing, and no calories! Sweet!
Questions of the Day: What’s something you’re loving lately? Any fun weekend plans? Have you ever spiraled veggies before?

Oh my goodness, you poor baby! I hope your bottom feels better soon! Injuring your tailbone is so awful, and it always seems to take a while to heal.
I love my spiralizer! My son gave me one a couple years ago, and I use it a lot. Have fun creating new veggie recipes 🙂

I got a spiralizer for Christmas, too – can’t wait to try it out! Be sure to buy the deluxe edition of 1989 at Target – the bonus tracks are freaking awesome.

Oh my God! The blurry vision thing sounds scary! I’m glad your eyes are fine though! And I know how painful these injuries are, I took a fall as a kid and spent the next few weeks lying on my stomach. I couldn’t do anything. I hope it heals quickly!!!
