Friday Five

Happy Friday! I am so excited for the weekend. I have family in town, a friend’s baby shower, and a whole lot of sleeping to look forward to. Here are five other things I’m loving this Friday:

1. I am normally not a big pleat fans but I need this dress in my life. It is so chic, and so perfect for summer.

2. I am always looking for new Podcasts to listen to as background noise for when I work. I have fallen in love with the The Skinny Confidential Him and Her Podcast. Lauryn and Michael are hilarious, real, and super entertaining to listen to as they tackle everyday topics and share insights on the blogging world.

3. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has started and I’ve already found my first purchase. These burgundy booties are super affordable and perfect for fall!

4. Omaha is getting a Container Store this fall and I can’t wait! I’ve been wanting to organize our bathroom counter for a while so I ordered the large acrylic makeup organizer and matching large modular drawer to go underneath. This thing is life changing. I can easily find everything when getting ready for my day (or bed!) and I love that everything now has a home. I feel so neat and organized! I also picked up this acrylic dual canister set and love how it stores my cotton swabs and contact solution. I sense a lot of Container Store trips in my future. 😀

5. Speaking of clean and organized… 😉 Here’s a recent silly Punkin picture that made me laugh. Laundry day at the Fairchild house is always a messy affair. I love how Punkin made himself right at home in the chaos.
