- I’m treating my lips to some serious TLC with this lip treatment. Winter has been brutal to them, and they need it.
- Further proof that weight loss is 90% nutrition. While I am love, love, loving my workouts at Orange Theory, it has been getting my food in check that has led to me starting to see results. (And true life, I’m terrified for 12 days of being out of my routine. Please say prayers I don’t undo all my progress!)
- This chunky knit is perfection and on sale for only $30. I’m torn between getting the hot pink and the amazon green. Thoughts?
- Some of the prettiest food art I have ever seen.
- Ahh I still can’t believe I’m going here! Travel makes me ridiculously happy.

Lovely post Erin and nice pictures…..as we have learned from news that several parts of USA including NYC are under severe cold eaves with heavy snow fall…..wish you keeping warm….and all the best with your Finland trip….:)

Ahh you’re going to Finland?! That’s awesome, have fun!! And also yes, so much of weight loss is nutrition. Even at my peak activity levels (running half marathons, playing indoor and outdoor soccer, rock climbing, hiking, and backpacking) I hardly see much weight loss.That said, for Friday Favorites…I’d have to say hiking is one of my favorites this week, even if it’s snowy outside! (Maybe even more so because it’s snowy outside?!)
