Fly the W

November 3, 2016 8 Comments

Wow. The 2016 World Series was unreal. As Cubs fans it was one heck of a ride. In the early morning hours of Josh’s 32nd birthday the Chicago Cubs broke the 108 year curse. Here in Omaha it was one big celebration.

To commemorate the event I’m picking up this cute tee. It’s perfect for wearing to future sporting events and also to remember a final game so dramatic you would think it was the plot in a Hollywood movie.

Questions of the Day: Are you an MLB fan? Did you watch the game last night? Were you rooting for the Cubs or the Indians?

I was totally rooting for the Cubbies! I am a Yankees and Mets fan (NY girl at heart), but when it was down to Cleveland and Chicago, I went with Chi-town. 🙂

Ahh!! I seriously can’t believe they won last night!! I’m not even a baseball fan but I couldn’t stop watching it! It’s such much fun to live in the city right now with the celebrating!

We watched the game while in bed in our London Airbnb apartment. What a game! It was worth losing sleep to see the Cubs win.
