I’m trying to surround myself with positive mantras and encouragement as I work on my health and fitness. I spent some time today finding quotes on Pinterest I want to write in my planner and remind myself of during moments when I can really use some fitness motivation. I wanted to focus on quotes that encourage healthy mindsets and balanced perspectives instead of of the balls-to-the-walls, work-til-you-puke type mantras I’ve seen floating around online. I found some great ones that I thought I would share with you. π Let’s encourage each other!

Love it! My favorite mantra has always been “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right”. Every time I find myself saying or thinking that I can’t do this anymore or I can’t push any harder – I always remind myself that if I think I can, I WILL!
