Dealing with stress and anxiety isn’t fun. It’s also easy to feel like you’re the only one in the world who’s fighting that fight. This post is filled with some of my favorite Pinterest photo inspirations on the subject. Hopefully they help you when you feel a little too overwhelmed or a little too worried.
This quote is the only thing I remember from that movie. I know exactly what she meant.

This was a great reminder for me that stressing about health is usually what leads to health issues.

LOVE THIS!!
My Fav. –> Worrying does not empty tomorrow of troubles. It empties today of strength.

Me too, it’s such a true quote!

My stress management is kind of kooky, but when I get stressed out from work, I like to imagine living on a farm in the middle of no where 🙂
Erin says
I love so close to that right now! Haha
Courtney @ Star Systemz says
This is why I love pinterest and connecting with others online, the support you get is out of this world! When i get stressed I journal and write whatever I feel no thoughts no wrong and I take a deep breathe and let it all go. Its the best feeling to just exhale it all out :-). Hope your week shines bright! Love + Shine Courtstar
Erin says
That is such a great idea about the journal! Thanks so much Courtney!
Charissa says

Christine @ Oatmeal Bowl says
And its a battle fought very much alone – a battle in your own head. I’ve been dealing with an uproar of it since earlier last year. While I’ve dealt with it all my life, this one brought out a whole new slew of physical symptoms and mental issues I’ve never felt before. It sucks. So I decided to write about it. Hope it helps. Time to pin. 🙂
Erin says
Writing about it is so brave and can be very therapeutic. I’m still struggling to find what to share and what not to share on my blog but when I comment on other peoples I give them my whole life story. ;p
Linz @ Itz Linz says

Great quotes, lots of information. I don’t usually thing about quotes when I’m stressed. I do love to run off my stress, plus the main reason that I want to be consistent with my yoga (aside from awesome arms 🙂 is that it helps me manage my stress levels.
Erin says
I’ve found Pilates is great for me to help me feel better. I think yoga and Pilates are so connected. I’d love to try a class that incorporates both.
