I love getting to know bloggers more through personal posts and surveys. What can I say, I’m a nosey person. In the spirit of learning more about me (and because I got too distracted watching Dance Moms to write up a different post) here’s a survey I found on Julie’s blog called Currently that I thought would be fun to do:

Ever since I finished Beautiful Ruins (which I highly recommend to everyone!) I needed to get some new reading material. I went to Barnes and Noble this past weekend to use up a giftcard and find some new books. I’m going to be starting with Me Before You. I took a quiz online about what my summer reading book should be (I know that sounds ridiculous) and this was it. I think the test actually works because this type of book is right up my alley and I’ve heard great things.

What’s better than John Legend singing a love song? John Legend singing a love song with violin accompaniment. I swoon.
Current Guilty Pleasure:
Real Housewives of O.C.! Heather Dubrow is my favorite.
Current Nail Color:
Au natural. I need to get them done soon! Getting my nails done at a salon prevents me from biting and picking at them. It’s all in my head, but it works.
Current Drink:
Water. All day every day.
Current Food:
Avocado. Ever since Mexico I’ve been obsessed and have been eating them daily.
Current Favorite Show:
I can’t even handle how much I love Scandal. I am ready for some serious Olivia/Fitz drama to go down on the finale this Thursday!
Current Wish List:
A light jacket and rainboots. Spring is here!
Current needs:
Sleep. And to lose weight. Such is life.
Current Indulgence:
Trader Joe’s White Cheddar Corn Puffs. I could eat these all day. Josh has had to start hiding the bag from me and just giving me a bowl of it at a time. I sound like an addict.

Was excited for Mad Men, but the start of the season didn’t grab me. Blessings are my 3 kids and husband . . .
I tried really hard to get into Mad Men a few seasons ago and couldn’t do it. I have friends that are hardcore fans though, and I know they’re really dreading the series ending.
LOVE your current song. When it comes on the radio, Hubs and I dance in the kitchen…while dogs and kids dance and bark around us. Just another day in paradise, really. 🙂
I haven’t started watching Scandal, but keep hearing how great it is. I might have to pick up that habit this summer with Netflix.
