Friday Five

Friday Five
Happy Friday! I'm so excited for the weekend. I'm looking forward to time with friends, time with Josh, and time to sleep! Here's five things I'm loving this Friday: tumblr_nkcjuq8Tdr1tnacy1o1_500 1. This photo is crazy. What color is this dress?! I originally saw white and gold but then when showing Josh saw blue and black. Now I'm able to switch back and forth between the two by thinking about it which kind of creeps me out. Liquido sent me this outfit that they designed in collaboration with Tiffany Cruikshank and I am in love. This is an example of printed workout pants done right. They're opaque, high-quality, and not shiny! I'm wearing these pants, this top, and this bra. I've been wearing this outfit to walk on the treadmill and listen to podcasts after work. I love how they feel, and how they bring a little brightness to my day. :D IMG_1319 3. Molly, Erica and I are going wine tasting this weekend! I'm so excited to learn more about Nebraska wineries and spend time with girlfriends. image 4. I know everyone always wants what they don't have but I really wish I had curly hair. I loved how my hair looked for the Heart and Stroke Ball. I used the Kiss InstaWave and was amazed at how easy it was to use. I simply put a piece of hair in front of the wand, pressed a button, and it curled it. (Which is perfect for me since I'm seriously hair challenged!) I was done with my hair in less than 20 minutes! I'm excited to curl my hair more often!

5. Sometimes I wonder the most random things about my blog. This week I realized how excited I get when a blogger I love replies to a comment I leave them. I also realized how indifferent I am to comments from bloggers that reply back to every comment on their blog with a simple thanks or totally!. I end up ignoring most of their replies because I just don't find them worthwhile. I've gone through phases where I never responded to comments (when I first started blogging and didn't know better), to where I respondeded to every comment (before I started my current job), to now where I only respond to comments if someone has a question or concern. I want to know what you guys prefer. How would you like me to handle comments? I learn so much from your comments, but don't want you to feel shortchanged because you're not getting a response back from me. I never want the comments section to be a one way street. Please let me know if this is something I need to prioritize! I created a quick little survey and would really appreciate your feedback. Thanks so much! What are your fun plans this weekend? Linking up with Heather and Clare today.
