I’ve learned a lot of important lessons as I’ve gotten older. One of the biggest is the importance of good sleep. It’s the foundation for your mental and physical health. Here are five ofmy faborite products that have helped me improve not only the quantity but the quality of my sleep.

3. These blankets are the absolute GOAT. They’re so comfy and look great folded at the end of your bed.
4. If you’re not sleeping with headphones you are missing out. These ones fit my ears well, block noise, and help ensure I get deep, quality sleep at night.
5. Silk pillowcases can be pricey but are an investment in your skin. No one wants wrinkles! They also just feel nice to sleep on.
