Okay, so I feel like this post should come with a big caveat. I am not Jewish, I was not raised Jewish, and I am really not that familiar with Jewish traditions and culture. That said, I married a Jewish man, so now every December Josh and I blend our holidays and celebrate both Christmas and Hanukkah. Hence this post on Hanukkah party ideas! 😀
Josh and I love to host parties and are lucky to have friends that do, too. One of our couple friends hosts a Friendsgiving party every year, another a Halloween party. When we first moved to Omaha, we thought it would be fun if we started the tradition of hosting a Hanukkah party. We invite our friends over, cater from Whole Foods, and just have a blast hanging out and spending time together. It has been so much fun and just keeps growing every year. Hanukkah decorations are a lot harder to find than Christmas decorations, so I wanted to put this post together on some of my favorite Hanukkah party decor finds.
We just picked up the table runner from Pier One on Black Friday and I can’t wait to use it for our party!

And what’s a party without games and party favors? We’re going to have a Hanukkah cookie decorating table and then prizes for whoever wins the dreidel game!
Questions of the Day: Have you been to a Hanukkah party before? Do you host an annual party?Â

Such lovely ideas! I grew up celebrating Hanukah with family and Chrismukkah with friends, and the amount of possibility for decorating is endless when you get creative.
