I recently picked up this lace-front top from Loft. I loved it so much I bought it in both white and navy. It looks great under a blazer or a chunky cardigan for work, but also holds its own when worn solo on the weekend.
There's not actually a rule at my office that tops have to have sleeves, but I feel awkward without them, and usually always add another layer. Does anyone else feel this way?

I also just splurged in a major way on this bag. I've been lusting after it for months and finally pulled the trigger. It's dressy, but still casual, and the perfect blend of black and brown, ensuring it can be worn with virtually any outfit.
