Happy Labor Day! I hope you are enjoying the long weekend with family, friends, and good food. Josh and I are in Kansas City and having an absolute blast. I had high hopes of getting a Weekly Sweat post up yesterday, and having a recap of our Kansas City adventures written up in a post for you today. Obviously that did not happen. haha
I'm currently drinking coffee in bed at the hotel while we get ready for our last day of fun in a truly incredible city. So far we have checked out the art at First Friday, Irish danced at Irish Fest, partied in the streets at Westport, listened to a family of harpists perform at the Renaissance Festival, browsed the antiques at West Bottoms, and danced on a stage at a club in the Power and Light district. The last event is the reason for my slow start this morning. ;)
So I'm taking a break from the Weekend Snapshots linkup today. My regularly scheduled blog posts will resume tomorrow morning. In the meantime, enjoy the long weekend! Make some memories with your loved ones! I can't wait to hear all about it tomorrow!
