Happy to Be Cavity (and Finance Class) Free
Two finals down, three more to go! Today started off with my six month dentist appointment. Some people dread the dentist, I've never really minded them. I go in, they clean my teeth, I get a free toothbrush, I go home. The only painful teeth experience I've had was getting my wisdom teeth removed and while I wouldn't want to relive it, I'm very glad I had it done! Today was a routine checkup (Yay for no cavaties!) that was so fun. My oral hygienist is awesome and we were singing to Christmas music and talking about the most random things the whole appointment. My appointment was at 10am so I woke up a little beforehand and walked straight out the door. I didn't eat breakfast because I figured I could eat when I got home. I ended up having a fluoride treatment done on my teeth that kept me from eating for an additional hour after I got home. I love breakfast and have it every day. Having a rumbly tummy and not getting to feed it when I wanted to was not fun. As soon as I could I made a huge breakfast burrito and devoured it. It was delicious. I don't know how people skip breakfast. After brunch I headed over to Starbucks to pick up a latte for some extra pep for my finals. I ran into my dad while I was there and we ended up sitting down and chatting for a little while. With an awesome caffeine buzz going I headed to school and took my aerobics and finance finals. My fitness final was a breeze but my finance final was three hours of me wanting to bang my head against the computer screen. I think I did reasonably well, but it was not a fun test. Thankfully its over! I got home around 7 and was starving. It was a pizza night at home so I grabbed a slice to eat while I figured out what else I wanted to eat. I ended up toasting a whole grain English muffin and slathering it with almond butter and Apple Pepper Jelly. So good. I was still hungry so I ended up having a bowl of greek yogurt topped with a half a banana, a handful of walnuts, and honey. It tasted so good! My brain feels tired so its going to be an early night for me. I have a presentation final for consumer behavior tomorrow that I want to make sure I'm fully rested and prepared for. I've spent the night vegging and watching Glee performances on Youtube, so I thought I'd share one of my favorites with you. I love Adele. And I love this Glee cover of two of her songs! Hope you're all having a wonderful night!  Question of the Day: Do you like the dentist? Why or why not?
