Going Nuts for NuttZo

Going Nuts for NuttZo
I feel like time has been flying. So so much has happened since I last blogged. The biggest news: I found a job! It is a job I am so excited about, I really lucked out. It's exactly what I went to school for and what I always wanted to do. My official start date is the Monday after next but I'm going to a meeting tomorrow that I'm really looking forward to. Aside from job hunting a lot of unpacking has been happening. I also met up with a blogger friend for a fun dinner that I'll be blogging more about next week. Today I want to share an obsession. I've blogged about NuttZo on here before and it's official, I'm obsessed. I have long loved the peanut-free nut butter version and couldn't wait to try the peanut version this time. Next on my list is their chocolate nut butter. NuttZo just went through a bit of a redesign and they're now all in glass jars and all available in crunchy and creamy versions. I love the new logo and new website. The taste is as good as ever and I can't tell you enough how much I love that the bottles are built upside down so the liquids don't separate. It's so convenient. The nutrition is as good as it gets. There's no filler, no additives, no junk of any kind. NuttZo is a 100% organic, seven nut and seed butter that is gluten free and soy free and contains 50% of your daily recommended ADA omega 3 in one spoonful. I learned a lot through this campaign. Did you know that organic flaxseeds have anti-fungal and anti-cancer properties? And that Brazil nuts are the number one plant source of selenium, which helps protect the body from infection? This further deepened my NuttZo love. Right  now we are living out of boxes as we slowly but surely get our apartment unpacked and arranged. While it's easy to rely on lots of less than healthy options during times like these I was motivated to get some good, simple meals into our day. I'm keeping it real here with my pictures, I don't look very glamorous while unpacking. ;p I first tried NuttZo when it was only available in crunchy. As someone who makes green smoothies and such all the time it was right up my alley. Josh was not a fan.  I was so excited for the creamy option because I think it will get a lot of people to try NuttZo who may not otherwise. For lunch I've been making us peanut butter and banana sandwiches. They are delicious. I was so happy that not only did the sandwiches meet my approval, they met Josh's as well. He loved the creamy texture and the taste. NuttZo is going to be a regular staple in our fridge. Questions of the Day: Are you a creamy or a crunchy fan? Have you tried NuttZo?
