Enjoying Fall Days

Enjoying Fall Days
I love the fall season. The colors, the flavors, and the crispness in the air. We've been having some perfect weather lately and have been trying to make the most of it. Our days have been full in the best possible way. Like at the Art Sar Ben festival in Aksarben this past weekend. We spent the morning checking out the local vendors and playing under the giant bubble machine. It reminded me a lot of Arts Fest in State College which made me really nostalgic. We also celebrated National Coffee Day with pumpkin spice coffee from Jones Bros that we enjoyed while splitting a delicious scone. We checked out a Williams-Sonoma class to teach us more recipes using our Vitamix. That machine can do so much it's crazy. Josh made a fabulous soup after this class using the Vitamix. I'll have to share the recipe with you guys soon. It's for a pumpkin cashew soup that is really tasty. We also discovered a little Panera-esque cafe in the Regency mall called Paradise Cafe. I love that their meals come with surprise cookies. Can that happen at the end of every meal? They get an A+ in my book. Questions of the Day: What have you been up to lately? Do you feel like life speeds up in the fall?
