Once you open the app you check in with how you're feeling that day and pick words to describe your mood. The app then generates a list of meditations for you to pick from, ranging in time from 5-10 minutes, that relate to the emotions you are feeling that day. Apparently they sell some premium meditation sessions but I have never found myself feeling the free sessions were lacking in any way. There's a bunch of them and they all leave me feeling relaxed, refreshed, centered and grounded. It's pretty amazing what a clear mind and some deep breathing can do.
