When I got back from Nebraska I had this bright little box waiting for me on the table. Bestowed is a monthly subscription service. For $19 a month Bestowed sends a box your way (shipping is included) jam packed with at least five healthy products. There is no membership fee and you can cancel at any time.
I was so excited to dig into my box. There was such a wide variety of items. I really love how Bestowed has a nutritionist that plays a big part in picking which items make it into which boxes. Each item also comes with a little list of tips for ways to incorporate the item into your meal. As I'm sure you can tell, I couldn't resit opening some of the items to try before snapping photos. April's box included:
- Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts- The package in this picture is completely empty because I already ate them all by the time I took this picture. I'm kind of obsessed with hemp. Hemp is so good for you and such a versatile dish. I love to put hemp hearts in green smoothies.
- Kind Healthy Grains Oats and Honey Clusters- I love granola. I have been hearing so many good things about Kind and now I know why. This granola is absolutely fabulous and so yummy to snack on with such clean ingredients.
- Oloves Hot Chili Mama Olives- Olives are not my thing but I'm saving these bad boys for Josh's dad. He loves olives and he loves spicy foods. I think this is a match made in heaven.
- Gnu Foods Hi-Fiber Minis- The two chocolate brownie bites are gone. I loved that they were only 70 calories each and so full of flavor. I could definitely see myself eating these all the time.
- Necktar Honey Crystals- Josh is so excited for these, he's a huge honey fan.
- EBOOST- I'm really excited to try these natural energy boosts. A great way to add a little pep in your step just by flavoring your water.
- iTrain- A way to download workouts for use on the go. I love that all the workouts have a trainer's voice guiding you through them.
