Ugh, getting sick is NOT fun. And trying to go about your day while dealing with a scratchy, painful sore throat that makes it hard to talk, eat, and swallow can seem impossible. When I find myself on the sick list, here are the 3 ways I fight a sore throat.
Sleep
Growing up, whenever I got sick, my dad always told me it was because I wasn't getting enough rest. While I know this isn't always true, his words have stuck with me and made a lasting impact. Whenever I find myself sick I stop, drop, and rest. I believe in the power of sleep and think it's essential when you're feeling under the weather.
Chloraseptic
